Refund policy

If a pack, guide or bundle isn't what you wanted, you get your money back. Ask within 14 days of buying it, for any reason.

How to ask

Email thebleedingedgepodcast@gmail.com with the email address you bought with, and the order number from your receipt if you have it. You don't need to explain why, though we're glad to hear it if you want to tell us.

We process the refund through Lemon Squeezy, which handles our payments, back to the payment method you used. Your bank decides how long it takes to arrive, usually a few working days.

The details

• The 14 days start on the day you buy. Bundles such as All-Access count from the day you bought the bundle.
• Broken or missing files aren't a refund question. Tell us any time and we'll fix them, and refund you if we can't.
• After a refund, please delete the files. The licence ends with the refund.
• Repeat refunds: if the same person buys and refunds the same product more than once, we may decline to sell it to them again.

This policy gives you at least the rights of the EU's 14-day withdrawal period, and your statutory consumer rights still apply. The terms of sale cover everything else.
