Terms of sale

These terms cover the digital products sold on this site: pro packs, guided builds, and bundles such as All-Access. They're written to be read. If anything is unclear, email us at thebleedingedgepodcast@gmail.com.

Who you're buying from

The products are made by The Bleeding Edge. The sale itself is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, charges and pays any VAT or sales tax, issues your receipt and invoice, and delivers your files. Its buyer terms apply to the payment.

What you get

• A digital download: the files, prompts and instructions listed on the product's page when you bought it.
• Free updates to the product you bought. We re-test our guides when the tools they rely on change, and we'll email you the new version.
• Delivery by email and through your Lemon Squeezy order page, straight after payment.

Nothing is shipped physically, and nothing renews. The one-off price is the whole price. The only subscription we sell is the paid newsletter on Substack, which has its own terms.

What you can do with it

• You can use the prompts, templates and code in your own work and your own business, including work you do for clients. What you build with them is yours.
• You can't resell, share, re-upload or publish the product itself, whole or in large parts, or pass off our guides as your own. One purchase is for one person, or one team at a single company.

What we promise, and what we don't

• Every prompt and step in a product has been run by us before release, on the model and date the product states.
• AI tools change and their output varies. We can't promise you'll get exactly what we got, or any particular result, income or audience. We never make income claims, and nothing in our products is a promise of earnings.
• You're responsible for how you use what you build: checking AI output before you publish it, following each platform's rules (including AI-disclosure rules), and following the law where you are.
• Our products aren't legal, financial, tax or medical advice.
• Most builds use third-party tools (Claude, Vercel, Supabase and others). They have their own prices and terms, which you agree to with them, not us. If we ever earn a commission from a tool we recommend, the product says so.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. See the refund policy.

Liability

If something goes wrong, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the product, except where the law doesn't allow that limit. Nothing in these terms takes away your statutory rights as a consumer where you live.

Changes

If we change these terms, the new version applies to purchases made after the date at the top of the page. It doesn't change the terms of anything you've already bought.
